About Carefree Fitness
My name is Ben and together with my partner Natalie we run CareFree fitness. I am a fully qualified gym instructor, professional personal trainer and chair excersise expert with over 20 years experience. We started Care Free Fitness with a mission of making improved fitness and strength accsessible to everybody regardless of their age or residential status. By bringing fitness classes into care homes we can help your residents be fitter, stronger, healthier and happier through our gentle age appropriate chair based excersise routines. Not only are they safe for all ages but all of our classes are designed for people who are older in years who may have mental or physical impairments. Our excersise classes are gentle enough for even the oldest residents but also super effective for everybody involved. There are so many positve reasons many care homes are including fitness classes into their residents weekly programs are, reduce falls and injury, overall physical strength and heart health, flexibilty, balance, mobilty, independence, confidence, social interaction through excersise and many many more. The benefits really are endless and we are fully qualified, fully insured and experts in chair based fitness for seniors of all ages. Prices are dependent on class size and we can do individual classes right up to all of your residents in one class. The Classes are super engageing, super effective and best of all super fun! We really get the residents involved as much or as little as they would like using their favourite music whilst we do the excersises, we also play games involving colours and music to really stimulate the mind aswell as the body.
